watch out dee cee! this morning i went to the dmv with my dad to get the license on the honda accord changed over from him to me, so the car is officially mine now! YAY! and i have something else to cheer about. the woman handed my dad new plates at the end of the transaction. my dad looked puzzled and said, "i thought we'd be able to keep the old plates," and the woman said, "nope!" i glanced down at the letters on the plates and rubbed my eyes, 'cos i thought i was reading them wrong. my license plate says "YAY 4132", which is just about the coolest thing ever. i'd been thinking about getting a vanity plate, but never decided on what it would say, but this is peachy pie! so why am i so sad?

i didn't go into work at now! today cos after i got back from the dmv i got the remaining wax off my car and then i ran downstairs to find a sticker that i wanted to put on the bumper. i couldn't find that sticker, so i brought the stickers from the basement upstairs and merged them with the stickers i had in my room. i have a whole lot of band stickers. wowee. anyhow, i found a whole bunch of stickers that i'm going to put on my car, but i just heard a door slam. that means jen is here and we are going to rent donnie darko. yay!
